Superior Coding Academy is partnering with state workforce WIOA programs around the nation to get FREE medical coding training to those who qualify for WIOA grants to pay for training.

COLORADO

  1. Fill out the contact form below.
  2. Click the purple button "Get Colorado Information" below and locate your local workforce office.
  3. Contact your local office and begin the eligibility process for a WIOA grant to pay for training. [Make sure you tell them our school name, Superior Coding Academy and the program is medical coding training.]
  4. Call us at 602-428-7084 and give us your case manager's information.
  5. Enrollment begins as soon as the voucher for promise of payment is received!

MAINE

GET MAINE INFORMATION

Maine WIOA scholarship is for youth considered out of school – meaning not enrolled in high school or college at time of enrollment. Ages 16-24 are eligible. Here are the eligibility barriers to qualify for scholarship.

1. A high school dropout
2. Youth within age of compulsory school attendance, but has not attended school for at last the most recent complete school year calendar quarter
3. An offender
4. Low income individual and is either: basic skills deficient or an English language learner
5. Homeless / runaway
6. In foster care/ aged out of foster care
7. Pregnant/ Parenting
8. Has a disability

If you meet one of these criteria, call your local office to and start the eligibility process.

Maine also offers these other programs if you do not qualify for the above WIOA grant.
